Scope of Service:

Overview

ALSI provides a service to individual shippers needing to ship their vehicles from one point to another in the contiguous

United States. The shipper, by making arrangements with ALSI, agrees to allow ALSI to act as its agent in dealing with

the carriers and other appointed agents and to exercise its efforts on the shipper's behalf in placing the order with the carrier

or agent they deem fit. .

ALSI will arrange for the pick up of your vehicle within a scheduled window and delivered within 3 to 14 days from the

date of pick-up dependent upon the distance of the move, the road conditions and other such factors that can and do

impact upon a carrier's ability to safely move a vehicle from one point to another.

Pick up and delivery of your vehicle is from your door unless road restrictions, overhanging trees, or any other such

impediment to the safe maneuverability of the carrier's equipment dictates otherwise.  In the event that such restrictions pre-

clude a door pick up, the carrier and the shipper will make arrangements for delivery at a site within close proximity to the

shippers desired delivery location.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

Rates are predicated upon the distance and location of a vehicle's pick-up and delivery point.  A $300 deposit is required

to be paid to ALSI at the time that a firm booking has been made.  A booking refers to an arrangement between ALSI

and the shipper that results in the dispatch of a carrier's rig to the shippers pick-up point.  The deposit can be made in

the form of a credit card or cashier's check or money order.  The deposit must be received by ALSI prior to the actual

dispatch of the carrier to the pick-up location.

The rates quoted are for vehicles without additional personal effects in the vehicle.  The vehicle must not contain

items inside the passenger area or trunk of the vehicle, with the exception of those found in a vehicle at the time of its sale

as a new car; i.e. a spare tire, jack, etc.  Vehicles containing personal effects that have not been pre-cleared by ALSI will

be not be loaded for shipment until such time as the articles are removed.  ALSI nor its carriers are licensed to carry personal

effects in its mainland service. The balance of the delivery charges, in the form of cash, a cashier's check, or US Postal Money

Order, will be made to the driver at the time of the vehicle's delivery.

In the event there are any problems regarding truck delivery, all outstanding freight charges must be paid without

deductions.  The shipper agrees to properly not any damage claimed with the driver is making the delivery and to pay the

balance of the delivery charges in the form of a cashier's check or US Postal Money Order.  The shipper warrants that they

will pay all tariffs due ALSI. as ICC regulations mandate that all outstanding freight charges must be paid prior to the

initiation of any related damage claims.

Important Operational Notes:

1.  The shippers vehicle will be transported by on of our agent's trucking affiliates, who is referred to above and herein as the

"Carrier."

2.  If the shipper is not available at delivery, after attempted notifications of arrival, the vehicle will be delivered to a terminal

at the driver's discretion, and there will be an extra charge for storage and delivery.  All COD and additional charges must be

paid before a vehicle will be released to a shipper.

3.  Inoperable or oversized (longer than 16 feet, dual wheels, pick-up or van, racks; lifted/lowered, or oversized tires, etc will

be subject to additional charges.  If ALSI is not advised of a vehicle's inoperable or oversized condition prior to the

vehicle's pick up, all extra charges will be added to the COD charges at time of the vehicle's delivery.  The normal additional

fee schedule for inoperable vehicles is $200.  For oversized vehicles an additional fee of $300 is standard.
